why do you assume they are a hacker? Assumptions are not cool. 2500 is a lot of tickets no doubt but it doesn’t mean they were hacked. How would someone even hack to get that many tickets I would love to know. LOL

he could buy that many for real moneybut tickets were never part of the duping method. you can get 1000+ through heavy trading/cycling though

Yeah, lol I was planning on trading him whenever he decides to move, but man this was insane to watch. He was actually the first villager I got after I built the campsite.

yeah, I’d assume the tickets that you can buy are done by hackers but there’s no real way to verify that even

I mean the question here is can you even go online with hacked villager and get banned? If not then yeah I can understand that but I'm just saying what ifs here. Also you have to understand that there is t always one hacker so yeah those two people could have been. I'm just giving the benefit of the doubt here but it's highly likely that it COULD be hackers not saying that they are. The game has only been out for a week and some change they must have not slept just to get those tickets.
