The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal bodeboop. A sing lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. ding Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark. Get ready!… Start. ding

sorry, i had to :p

i don't understand how this became a meme tho

we were playing hangman in school and someone used it so i was able to guess that it was a meme
ive never seen it tho

- - - Post Merge - - -

anyway i think its a meme because its miserable.

i did this when i was in middle school and listening to it was a pain in the ass

it is. i did it this year in sixth & i'll have to do it again in seventh.

The pacer test is overrated for how brutal it is, whenever we did them in highschool I was always the last one standing.

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don’t care what humans think is impossible.

And I usually get to level 5 on the test. I don't know if you guys measure it differently, the best kids usually get level 7.

I felt like I was going to die each and every time. I cracked a rib a million years ago and it never healed right so it would "pinch" each time I ran and literally send shocks of pain so hard that I would stop breathing. I lasted like no time at all, but we had this one kid who was super fast and loved running who would sit there and do it forever and we loved him because while we waiting for everyone to finish the pacers the rest of us who failed got to chill so he'd take up a ton of time doing it so we got a nice chill session after failing. XD
