Refund for buying something in shop?

Hi! Is it possible to get a refund for something I bought in the bell tree shop? I bought an instant one day username change, but I didn't realize I couldn't space between letters. Do you have to buy the manual user name change in order to do that? If so, is there a way I could refund my bells and buy that instead? The username I wanted I can't get now because it won't let me space between the letters... :c

Don't worry about that! If you make a thread in our Contact the Staff board with the requested username I can process it the same way and manually change it for you.

OK, so it it OK for the new username to have spaces in between the letters?

Yes, the system just disallows spaces when trying to prompt a username change from your end. I'm able to do it for you and I can manually remove the item afterwards, so no need to get the other item or complicate things.
