Resetting the HHP DLC?!

So I’m new to this forum website, but I have a question.
I recently reset a 5 star animal crossing island with the happy home paradise dlc. I have a house now, and 5 other villagers on my island. Harv visited my island today, but isn’t Tom nook supposed to call you on the same day to talk to Lottie after you buy the dlc? If not, when should he call me to the airport?

I believe you have to reinstal the DLC You don't have to buy it again, just reinstall it

I think you get the call once your campsite has been built.

I reset my Island before doing it a second time and I had to wait until the Roost was built and KK had visited after getting a Three Stars Rating.
