So that means that I won't be able to get on Wi-Fi and distribute it to you guys. At this moment I can't unban my Wii as I'm very poor, it is a waste and I'll probably get console banned again.

Considering that it's an official image turned .acs and then injected into an extracted town file, I can't say much other than the congratulating the homebrew group for making it easier to setup murals around your town. Oh, and for Nintendo for going back to the basics with their designs.

Since you've been banned from Wifi, you're obviously a hacker and are highly likely to know about that method.

1, the gridlines you're using are of the PattView/Anicro nature. Dead giveaway right there.

2, Being "console banned" as you say has nothing to do with your ability to use homebrew apps offline. I could go to a desert island equipped with just a power generator, a Wii and a computer and still pull off things like this in a few minutes time.
Not being able to play online with your friends has no baring on what you can and can't do with offline computer and Homebrew apps.

3, I'm here because I'm an AC fan and can spot a fraud when I see one.
