So there are these two qr codes i want to download into my game but the qr code isn't working for me. Is it just me or are they broken?

I'd also greatly appreciate it if someone could track down working ones for me. I don't read Japanese so i have no idea what they are titled.

Thank you preemptively for your help

where did you find these codes??

I've seen this in someone's house. I don't think it's broken, but it may be too small to scan. If you can find a larger size pic, then you can probably scan it. That's just from my own personal experience, though. I've never thought qr codes to possibly break.

I've spent hours looking for it with no luck. 200k bells to the person who tracks down a readable version!

I don't know if it'll work, but you could always try resizing it with a website. Maybe that'll help?

Try working with it a little bit and it should work. I have had the same issue with one of my patterns and I find moving the 3DS closer or farther away from the QR Code should be helpful. While it may take 5-20 to get it to read, it will be definitely worth it.

Well I have good and bad news!
Good news is I got the first code to scan once....
bad news... it said it was not an animal crossing qr code.

So someone could have photoshopped a different code on it or from all the resizing and whatnot from being uploaded it could have just ruined the code.

Your best bet might would be to have someone recreate them! Which would be time consuming but not terribly hard.

Also, Just FYi check the lighting in your room. I've had issues with qr codes scanning fine one moment and then trying to scan another later in the day my lights in my room made it impossible because of the glare or whatever :/

Try using this larger image link instead: http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/bpfz/imgs/4/1/4107607c.png

I just dragged the picture into Google image search and tracked it to this site: http://mujin.ldblog.jp/archives/20180868.html

THIS WORKED!!! I could kiss you <3<3<3

I also really want to thank everyone else for their help. Its really nice to see so many helpful people out there

You are welcome! It's a super cute QR code- that's my reward! I've been using Ayakomeow's for a while, but I like the one you posted just a smidgen more.

@HayleyHail- yeah, Google's image search is kind of prickly at best. It tossed up a bunch of results for QR codes that didn't match what I was looking for. What ended up working was using the "Find other sizes" option, and then looking for Japanese urls in the results.

Well then I'm forever in your debt. If you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to ask. <3
