Hi Princess Mipha! I checked your buying section and I believe you can't get any of those eggs at 2019 or newer! Poptart and Eevee were released in 2017 (or 2018 I can't remember) while Togepi was released in 2014/2015 I think.
Not sure if there were eggs won in raffles though but they'd be really rare!
