"I don't have my instrument with me... Is there a keytar anywhere I could use?"
"God, you're useless..." Alexis muttered. She rummaged around in a pile of instruments stacked up in one corner of the room until she found what she was looking for. "Oi, loser, here."

Akio rolled his eyes at the boy, then picked up his bass and started to jam. He played a rhythmic bass line, he had started playing bass only a year ago after Takako more or less forced him to start the band.
As the instruments started to come together, she cleared her throat and started to sing. She had a loud energetic voice, with a powerful drive in it.
"Ooh baby don't you know I suffer,
Ooh baby can't you hear me moan,
You caught me under false pretentions,
How long before you let me go!"

Miranda

Miranda was sitting in Home Economics learning the basics of cooking. She could hear the band practicing and chatting from a few rooms down, and it seemed louder than before, with new instruments and voices. She kept thinking about if she should join. But what would she do? She didn't play any instruments.
She decided after class she'd go check it out and see if she could find anything to do.

Logan snatched the keytar out of her hand and joined in, albeit bot very well. He was better with drums, and hadn't had too much experience with a keytar, but he at least knew the basics.
Alexis sat in the opposite corner of the room, watching the band play. Amusement flashed across her face as she watched Logan try to keep up with the others and improvise something that fit with the rest of the instruments at the same time.

After the bell rang, Miranda headed down to the room where the band was. She wasn't sure how to approach them, so she just did what the masked boy did and sat down and waited until the band was done with their song. She listened. It was music to her ears.

Akio seemed a little agitated by the fact Logan was dragging his rhythm behind, so he pulled a snobbish face, playing louder to get the boys attention. (Akio and Logan hate romance mweheheheh)
Takako started to sway and move to the music, gesturing with a quick silly confident point and wink towards Kage and a friendly smirk towards the other girl who came in with a grin.
"OooooooooOoooooooahhhh you set my soul alight!
OooooooooOooooooooahhhhh you set my soul alight!"

Logan scowled, and stuck his tongue out at Akio in a childish manner. He then quickly turned his attention back to his instrument and focused entirely on keeping up with the others because he didn't want to be shown up or be seen as a bad musician.

Her name is Tyla Flarkson, but everyone just calls her Freckles.

Appearance:

She wants to be popular and likes to be in charge, but nobody ever takes her seriously.
She's very stubborn, and throws tantrums like a little kid when things don't go her way.

Kage started banging on the drums to the rythm of the song. He noticed the other boy Logan was lacking at the Keytar so he offered to switch instruments. Kage loved the drums but he didnt want someone to play an instrument they are not good at.




(Also Gummibear can join when MagicMarshmallow accepts them.)

Logan scowled, and stuck his tongue out at Akio in a childish manner. He then quickly turned his attention back to his instrument and focused entirely on keeping up with the others because he didn't want to be shown up or be seen as a bad musician.

Akio took this as a threat and played some tricky rhythms as the chorus kicked in, he was singing back up vocals at the moment, his voice was nothing special, just monotone but not so much that it was bad.
"Glaciers melting in the dead of night,"
"OoooooooooOoooooahhhh" (Takako is behind their voices)
"And the superstars sucked into the super massive,"

Kage still kept playing the drums while waiting for a response from Logan.

Logan raised an eyebrow. Is he actually trying to make me look bad? He thought, trying to step up his game further to compete with Akio. He ignored Kage; no way was he swapping instruments now that he had gotten started.

Miranda

Miranda continued to watch and listen. The band was really good.
She wondered if she would be able to do that well. She was a top student in all her classes, but she never tried picking up an instrument. She never tried to sing either, and she hated dancing.

Tyla

Tyla was running to her next class, knocking people over, when she heard music coming from a room. She looked inside and saw a band practicing, along with other watching. "Oooooh!" she said, and went inside. She sat down next to a serious looking girl with blue-black hair. "Hiiii, cool hair!" She said loudly.

Miranda

"Thank you," Miranda whispered, and then shushed her. She wanted to listen to the band.

Akio was moving slightly closer to Logan, playing faster and harder rhythms, pulling a smug face, deliberately trying to trip the boy up as he finished the chorus.
"Supermassive Blackhole!" Takako finished, doing dramatic hair flip as she did it, long black hair with blue and pink streaks fitting the edginess off her eccentric style as she finished the song.
Akio was well aware the jam was over, but made up is own riff on his bass to try and show off infront of Logan.
Takako pulled a stange face. "Dude! The song over!"

Kage thought to himself isnt he older then me?, Logan was obviously acting childish and competitive. Kage stopped playing and told Logan to play the drums and to stop acting childish. He also said to Akio you stop trying to compete against him because we are a team. He then took the keytar from Logan and said I am not trying to make you look bad, I just know you will be better with drums.
Kage last said to Akio stop trying to purposely mess up Logan!

Miranda

Miranda started rapidly clapping, she couldn't control it. "That was amazing!" She exclaimed, and then quickly covered her mouth in embarrassment. That was probably the loudest she ever spoke. "Uh.. I, ah... Was interested [Size=-1]in.. Maybe[/size][size=-2]...joining...your....[/size][size=-3]band....[/size]

"WHOOOOOOO! I WANNA JOIN THIS BAND!!!"

Alexis applauded from the corner of the room onve the song was over. She quicklu stopped again when she realised Logan and Akio were still playing.
Logan snatched the keytar back and kept playing too, determined not to let Akio beat him. Due to inexperience, he completely messed up a section of what he was playing, making an awful sounding tune. "S***..." he muttered under his breath, stopping abruptly.
