In a city full of heroes, there always has to be a few villains. The newest up-and-coming bad guy is out to get everyone through his theatrical antics. Now, that may not sounds so bad, except for the fact that people are practically being plucked off the streets, and forced to join his underground production of a new musical he wrote, and he's a strict director. No one he casts is allowed to leave, unless they die of course. But, a group of new heroes is here to save the day! It's their job to shut down the show, once and for all, before the cast list is the entire city.
