[Naiad]

I hesitate a bit before following Orion. "Ethan's gone back to the bunker, is it really alright for us to move on without him?" I sigh, "This would be a lot easier if we had a better means of communication; hopefully the people back at the bunker will stop Ethan from sneaking out again."

Hearing no sound, I pull out of the bunker and head back to where the others were. "Hey!" (Got any grapes? )

 

[nard]

lemon: I knew it would come up.)


"Welcome back! Now, let's get into that city and start scavenging!

 

[Naiad]

I frown as we enter the city, "Cities are pretty damn creepy when they're empty. This feels like an episode of the Walking Dead."

 

[nard]

She's right. Except this time, we won't be eaten, but squished. Pointing to some rubble of a house, I say "I'll go check over there, seems promising."

 

[fuzzybug]

I open my eyes and peer around the bunker. I get up off my cot and my eyes adjust to the lack of light. I walk around and take everything in, and noticing the kitchen I feel my stomach give a low rumble. "Great, in a time like this I'm hungry." I think to myself.

"I'll follow you, since it's not exactly wise for me to be alone."

After the strange noise goes away, I go outside my room into the hallway, taking my bow with me.

After getting over to the rubble and ducking under a wrecked roof into a tiny space, I see a horrific sight. A dead child and her mother, lying next to each other. "S-Sai, don't come in here."

 

[Beary]

I start pacing again in the main hall. As I pace, the blanket I have covering my ears and that I'm wrapped in falls off.

 

[Naiad]

(( omfg that got so serious so fast like I cannot handle dead people ; o ; ))

As I dig through the rubble, I find a picture of a family, quite a happy one at that. Then I hear Orion's warning.

"Orion? What's wrong?" I approach him, unable to see the horrific sight he discovered.

 

[Beary]

( GODANGIT I WANT TO DO THINGS )

Frantically, I find the blanket and wrap it around myself again.
I'm getting good at that. I think to myself irritably.

 

[Naiad]

I decide to go outside out of boredom.
Spotting some nearby cracks, I poke a metal rod I found in the bunker down them. Suddenly, a small furry creature that looks similar to a cat crawls out.
It doesn't look hostile..
It swipes at my hand and leaves a scratch mark, then goes back into the crack.
Scratch that.. I scold myself, clutching my hand and gritting my teeth with pain.
