"I need to leave." Kaida replied pushing the door open.

"Why?" She got up and walked after her.

"W-Why?" He said, a somber tone. "I-I...I know what I did...but it's been s-so long.."

"Please! Just let me do this for you!" Kaida replied. She walked out of the door. Mitsuki holding onto her hand tight.

 

[Bloobloop]

She reached out, not getting there in time.
"Why is Kaida leaving?" She worriedly questioned, looking at Aki.

"B-But.." He couldn't find the words. It had been so long, his happiness after such a time...

His mindset had changed. He'd grown up...and now he'd be torn apart again?

 

[Bloobloop]

"Sh-should I go after her?" She watched Kaida go, concerned for her.

Kaida
Kaida walked through the town.

Mitsuki
Mitsuki let go of Kaida's hand and pointed at something, "Mama look! It's so sunny out!"

Kaida
Kaida stopped and looked. Out of nowhere she was grabbed by someone.

One of Kaida's old gang members grabbed her. They put a special cloth over her mouth and nose so she would fall asleep. They quickly dragged her into an alley.

Mitsuki
Mitsuki was so amazed she didn't notice.

He ran out, following Kaida, and saw Kaida being pulled back; he instantly froze. "W-Wha.."

His eyes widened, his jaw dropped. "P-Please...don't.."

They quickly pulled out a needle and shot it into Kaida's neck. It was poison and it quickly killed her. The gang member dropped her and ran away.

Mitsuki
Mitsuki saw Kaida lying down. "Mama why are you sleeping?" Mitsuki asked while shaking Kaida in hopes of 'waking' her up.

"K-Kaida!" He yelled, and ran into the alley, following any clues he could until finding her body.

"K-Kaida?!" He yelled, and ran beside her, sliding up beside her.

"Wake up! Please!" He yelled, his voice echoing. His tears fell upon her. "Wake up! Please! Whatever it takes!" He cried. "Don't give up! You have a child!"

He shook her body relentlessly. "Please, wake up!"

His thoughts spiraled out of control once again.

Loss.
Pain.
Sorrow.
Depression.
Guilt.

And he thought one final thing, before breaking down beside her body.

Love.

She walked outside, where it had started to lightly rain. Looking for Kaida and Mitsuki, she walked upon Mitsuki and Aki shaking a dead Kaida.
"W-what happened here?"

 

[milkyi]

Mitsuki
Mitsuki looked at Aki, "Whats wrong with mama? Why isn't she waking up?" Mitsuki asked, not knowing any better.

He looked at Mitsuki, forcing a smiled between his tears.
"S-She isn't waking up, kiddo. She's going to sleep forever...we should go." He paused. "Ayaka..please take Mitsuki." He said, between tears.

 

[Bloobloop]

She started to cry, the rain streaming down her face.
"W-why?! Why w-when I thought w-we were a-all safe..."
She grabbed Mitsuki and, while sobbing, walked back to the hotel.

Mitsuki
Mitsuki started to cry. Sleep forever?? That means that I won't ever be able to talk to her or hug her. Mitsuki thought.

He lay beside her dead body.
