I've never had Cookie. However, I've had Rosie in all my towns in WW and CF and I loved her. She always ended up being my best friend.

Rosie is by far the more popular (didn't need a poll to figure that one out), but I personally am a bigger fan of Cookie than Rosie, and I would pick Lolly over both of them by far. Lolly is a total doll, while Rosie is cute, but that blue/lavender color I am not digging at all. Pink on the other hand, I can get on that train and ride it all the way to the station.

Lolly is the only one I don't have. In my original town of Applewin, I'm reorganizing. It's essentially completed, and I don't have to have all villager Personalities, so I'm intending to go with one Jock, one Uchi, and the other eight are two Lazies and two Smugs (for the males) and two Normals and two Peppys (for the females). The Normal now in town is Jambette. She is original to my town and I will keep her. I intend to transfer Tia from Progress to Applewin. So I don't have room for Lolly there. I now have Twiggy (also original to my town) and, most recently, Rosie. I think I may consider Lolly for my third town. But I'm too new with that third town that she is not currently a priority for me. In the case of Cookie, she is original to my second town of Progress. I like her looks a lot. The pink fur is beautiful. And given that "Animal Crossing: New Leaf" is surprisingly underwhelming with its dogs, she stands out among them. So I'm keeping her.

To change the title, simply hit Edit and next to "Save Changes" click "Go Advanced" and it'll let you change the title.
