I ALWAYS delete FC's after a trade is done, I hate people that barge in. So I don't ever have to worry about anything ~

Yeah, this. That's why when I do giveaways, I ask for Mii names so I can delete them later.

I agree with that. On that note, I bought a second pre-owned copy of Pokemon X to breed different Vivillons. It only matters what region your 3DS is set to when you first start the game. So I found out that even if I did change the region on my 3DS on my main copy, it didn't affect my vivillon design. But If I start a new game, and then change the region back, I get new designs.
