I instantly stopped as I got up, my visor awkwardly hanging off the edge of my face, my eyes twitching and widening. I nodded and crawled away, going to get something to eat and drink. I swear that man will be the death of me... I hissed as I collapsed onto the floor, sitting cross legged on the floor.

"What, her?" I scowled. "That was my ***** of a sister." I led us back to her house. "I don't really think a cork would work. Anyway, that would be painful."

Since the boss left, I figured that I could do as I pleased. Dismissing myself, I walked off to the buffet and helped myself to some ice cream, my favourite treat.
.: Elliot Greenwich :.
"Should I make some food? We didn't get to go to the coffee shop because of those jerks, so we haven't eaten yet." I asked, hoping the answer was yes. I hadn't eaten for a while.
.: Elliot Greenwich :.
"Ok!" I went ahead making some food again, hoping that we wouldn't have anymore memory failures. I contemplated trying to sort out her memories again, but they appeared to be a lot more scattered than the last time, so it would have to wait till later.
"Umm... Something hard..." I answered, closing my eye as I spoke. "But easy enough for you to remember, alright? Either I have short-term memory, or the memory loss is still affecting me..."
.: Elliot Greenwich :.
"Ok... Andume at the hills of sorrows. Is that ok?" I looked up from cooking. "It's a bit of a quote from a book. I should be able to remember that."
"Alright, I'll try my best! If I forget it though, it means that the memory loss is still in effect. If that's the case, then we should forget about trying to gain my old ones. We should try to find a cure for it. But if it turns out that I have short-term memory, then I'm just going to call myself stupid." I stated as I stared at Elliot, my cheeks puffed out in my failed attempt of making a serious face. "Andume at the hills of sorrows... Andume at the hills of sorrows..." I muttered to myself.
"Andume on the shadow hills... Assume on the snowy hills..." As I tried to repeate the quote, my answers started getting farther and farther off, my eye taking on a glassy appearance. "Um... Something something on the something hill..."

I was alarmed at how quickly she jumped to the conclusion that I was lying. What happened to the whole 'you're my saviour! I trust you!' thing? I raised my hands in an 'I surrender' way. "I promise you, I'm not lying."
