Sable gave me something, but I can’t find it?

I’ve been talking to Sable a lot, and twice now she has given me things. She said she was giving me patterns, and when she was handing them to me they were in the little brown bear bag. But then when I looked, I didn’t see any new patterns. I also checked my pockets and my DIY recipes to see if they were there as well, but I don’t see them. I’m really confused. Does anyone know anything about this?
