Same turnip price for both AM & PM...?

I check my turnip prices daily (both AM & PM). For some reason, when I checked this afternoon, it was still 89. Thought this was odd since I have a screencap from this morning that had the exact same price. Has this happened to anyone? I'm still confused about it. I tried to save and reload my game, but the same price still popped up. This is the first time that's happened. EVER.

I had that happen once, no idea why though.
