Cyclers have rules to insure that their villagers are not taken and resold for profit. I spent about an hour writing them, and if you don't have order, you have a failing thread. We're both sorry you did not get the villager you wanted, but rules are rules, and if we bend them for one we have to bend them for all.

They're not being mean, it's just as Mudkipz said. They're cycling for nothing in return, just so people can have their cuties and beauties. They put their free time into this, and so it's discouraging when people ask for villagers with reading none or only part of the rules. It's like when people ask for reservations, too, when the thread clearly doesn't offer that.
I really adore these two, and I promise they're awesome people. They just wanna assure that these villagers go to loving homes, and part of that comes with reading the rules and following what's been asked of the adopter. It's a two-way thing.
