Sanrio Amiibo Posters - Re-orderable?

Hi everyone! I've been seeing a lot of people saying that the Sanrio posters are catalog-able in New Horizons. However, I've gotten my hands on them from someone who owns the amiibo cards, but they are not showing up at all in my catalog.

Is this normal? Do they only show up in the catalog for people who scan them in?

I just noticed this too. (For both the sanrio posters and other posters from amiibo that I haven't scanned myself) They don't show up when you scroll through, but when I searched "poster" in the search function of the catalog, all the posters I touched show up now and are orderable!
I also noticed the Pocket Camp items don't show up in the main catalog, only as something I can order through the special items. I wonder if they would show up in someone else's catalog too...
