Let's go through my new neighbours one by one, starting with the well respected, "King of the Castle" Butch!

As hard of an exterior Butch has, he got all soppy when I spoke to him about the New Year!View attachment 234420
Then, there is Rory! A jock I have actually never come across throughout all my time with the Animal Crossing series! I am really looking forward to getting to know him!View attachment 234421View attachment 234422 I actually ran into him in Main Street and he wished me a Happy New Year!View attachment 234423
Next with have Mathilda! A sassy but sweet kangaroo villager who I remember slightly from my time with Wild World! As with all snooty villagers, she is very concerned about her appearance but is never without the Joey that resides in her pouch! (That adorably shares her facial expressions!) We then have Cube! An adorable bumbling penguin who is actually one of my favourite villagers of all time! It was a very pleasant surprise when he met me off the train! His charming personality also helps to cement Cube as one of my favourite villagers in the whole of the Animal Crossing universe! And last but DEFINATLY not least is Tangy the peppy cat/citrus fruit! Now Tangy is a villager that I remember fondly from Animal Crossing Wild World as she (along with Butch too!) was part of my first ever town! Tangy was the first peppy villager I ever experienced and is by far one of my favourites! So there you have it! My original five villagers! I love them all and I am greatly looking forward to getting to know them in the future!
I am still lacking a normal, smug and uchi personality and if I had to choose one villager to have out of those personalities respectively it would be Fauna, Chadder/Julian and Cherry. But I will happily accept what I am given! (Yes even Jambete, Quillson and Hazel!)
