Any Raquqaza is fake.
Why?
Because it has the HM Fly the moment you catch it, and you can't delete HMs.
And any shiny legendary is hacked. If you have it, you should know how to make shinies, but since you can't do that with legendaries, they are hacked...

I take it he has an R4 or similar device, I dont think the DS has a built in soft-reset.

And my friend has a Shiny Cresselia that I watched him catch, completely legit, hes never touched an AR in his life, I can guarantee this 100%

i dont exactly know what soft resetting is, but you can save your game right before you go into battle with a legendary, and then go battle, if its not shiny, keep resetting until it is... although theres no guarantee itll ever be shiny, so in my opinion, waste of time

what? soft resetting?

Soft Resetting is when you pres a button combo to make the game restart.
Hard Resetting is turning the system off and back on I believe.
