Well sort of, I guess, except there weren't masked people somehow gaining access to my house, and torturing me with the anticipation of their presence, theft of cell phone batteries and chargers, and my eventual untimely and slow death...but...it was pretty scary.

In my old apartment I think I was being watched, but I'm not too sure. The place was quiet and a lot of my neighbors were creepy, so I might have been racked up on paranoia. Anyway, sometimes my mom and I would find people just loitering around our porch at random intervals of the day, not even really doing anything besides standing. One time at night I saw a silhouette of a person outside my window and it scared the living day out of me. Eventually they just left but I had trouble sleeping in there afterwards.
