screw the tarantula, ii just got a SCORPION!!

darn, so ii made a mistake.. ii thought the Tarantula was gonna be in September, with the Scorpion bht ii just missed the Tarantula month, has anyone TT into August, to where ii could come over and try to catch a Tarantula? ive TT so much, ii also took a break, and im trying to catch up to Sept. 27/28th iRL time, im on the 11th right now, ii dont really want to go backwards anymore, bht if anyone is already in August, may ii come over?

SCREW THE TARANTULA, ii JUST GOT MY 1ST SCORPION AND iAM OVER THE FREAKEN MOON!!! ii WAS ON SUCH A ROLE, ii EVEN GOT ALL MY FISH ii NEEDED FOR THE REST OF AUGUST & SEPTEMBER!!! ill just have to wait a year to get the tarantula.. or ill TT back after December im soooo happy​

Unfortunately the tarantula is one of those bugs that doesn't come out when your gate is open. I learned that when I was hunting the little bugger myself. Sorry.

ah okay, noted! ill make sure to keep it closed!! thanks! ii just saw one last night!! ii was overly excited and scared @ the same time bht he stung me ii played for about another hour and didnt see another, it was sooooo sad!! ii wad there minding my business erasing my paths bc ii decided to start over-ish and it just popped out of nowhere!! lol

Yep, I had to make sure to keep my gate closed too. They do tend to pop up when you're not actively looking for them. Always try to have your net set to go (but not out or you'll get stung super quick) and keep one eye out whenever you're just doing things around town. Good luck! I truly hope you catch one soon!

ii still havent caught one.. im losing hope, ive slent nearly 4hrs looking for one.. ive even went as far going back to July, still nothing.. what am ii doing wrong? ii dont run, ii dont have my net out.. like seriously its making me sad

Tarantula's are a challenge, just keep at it and i'm positive you will catch one eventually. If it makes you feel better, i haven't caught one either haha. They are pesky little buggers!

You're not doing anything wrong. Tarantulas and Scorpions are THE hardest bugs to catch. When I had posted someone told me they'd been playing ACNL for years and still hadn't caught one. I know it's hard but try to stay calm and just keep on doing what you're doing. It won't be easy but you'll catch one.

thank you so much for those kind words! ive been working on my halloween path to keep me busy ive been keeping it day time bht since ive caught everything else im going to change it to night time and see what comes up lol

You're welcome! Just remember to have your net set but not out & to be patient. It's still going to be a pain to catch one of the d*mn tarantulas but you can do it. Good luck!

WOO HOO! Congratulations! You did great! It does feel fantastic to catch the scorpion (or tarantula). I am sorry you missed the tarantula but I know you'll get it. Aww, you're very welcome! I'm glad my advice helped. Now that you've got a sense of how the scorpion & tarantula work you'll get the tarantula for sure. Congrats again!
