OH YES
i have no formal education in this field at all but it was a childhood dream of mine to make my very own cartoon and i just got into this stuff some months ago
here's some super short gifs/animation exercises
i'm working on something big with an actual plotline for a school project though so i'll share that if i can
i want to get the animator's survival kit on christmas just to make sure i know what i'm doing
critique from anyone who has some experience in this is very appreciated! i really want to make my movements more dynamic

hEY THESE ARE GREAT WHAT DO YOU USE TO ANIMATE IVE ALWAYS WANTED TO LEARN

firealpaca! it gets recommended a lot and it looks like a cheap stupid bootleg sai but it has an onion skin mode in the view tab and it's super good

opentoonz is a free program that is often compared to toonboom, which was used to make shows like Wander Over Yonder, so that's a hot one too!

Jesse Jay has a video on how to legally download an old version of flash for free, you can lookit that

ooh really? from what i've tried w/ firealpaca its been way too clunky and weird for me to use  i've also looked at opentoonz but i found it too confusing OTL.
