I messaged the guy who made it! HE SAID HES NOT SURE IF ITS FAKE OR REAL! He said it could be real because animals in the city talk ABOUT IT!

Admittedly, that looks somewhat real.
Not sure how he done it, (ESPECIALLY WITH DR.SHUNK FACING FORWARD), but it looks almost legit.

I know how to do it:

1st: you TT (or wait, but if you do you are an idiot, because you already hacked) to a villager's birthday party.
2nd: You use a hack to change the characters into Frillard and Dr. Shrunk.
3rd: Put the pick up and drop things in other people's homes hack on and make it look like the room.
VOILA!
