Yep! Your second guess was right, I drew the Luffy C: It was fun drawing him as a chibi like that and I'm so happy that you like it!!

yes you two basically exchanged gifts because that's how the random name picker works looool. the gfx is from another santa i decided to make gfx extra since most people prefer a doodle and we don't have that many gfx artists participating anyways haha
