Howdy! c:

Earlier this month, I started a blog dedicated to gaming with PTSD. More specifically, I will be reviewing games based on potentially triggering content so that people can avoid it more easily. Kind of like a parental advisory site! My goal was to create a safe place where people who live with PTSD could seek out new games, without fear of any content within the games ruining their day.
More recently I've been trying to get my bloggy involved in social networking; to reach a larger audience and to easily connect with them. :)

This is where you folks come in!

Edit!

I have found a lovely artist so I'm going to go ahead and lock this for now. :)
Should I ever need additional artwork for it, I may come back and open this back up, assuming that the artist I'm currently working with can't take those orders in the future.

Thank you for all the kind words and bumps, lol c:

Thank you! And yes, cutesy/sweet is very important; I want to create a happy, comfortable environment. :)

My bloggy is already up and functioning, I just think that having a single 'theme' for it, and on every one of my social media platforms, would bring it all together. Make it a little more cohesive and all professional-like. :3

....Maybe I shoulda just linked it in my signature. I know we can link blogs and stuff there, lol. I am so scatterbrained.

I can try making a banner if you like, I have a shop if you want to use the order form there. They are relatively cheap.http://www.belltreeforums.com/showt...rand-opening!-Slots-0-4-Signatures-for-50-TBT! Theres a form at the bottom to fill out for banners.

No offense intended, and if I'm misreading then, by all means, let me know. But it doesn't really look like you do anything by hand??

It's going to be the main design for a paid website -- it kinda has to be an original design. not a stolen image off of Google, lol.

Professionalism and all that jazz.

I think they understood, I would try and contact some artistes else-wear :p. It might cost a bit in RLC but if you want it too look good, I guess you have to :3

I am! I have an ad up on craigslist, amongst a few other forums with talented artsy communities. I've had 3 serious responses so far that are getting back to me with WIP/examples, but it never hurts to have a wider selection!! :3

And I know this community has several talented artists among its ranks, lol, so I figured it couldn't hurt to try here, as well. Whether it takes bells (since I have nothing to do with my 12k now that I can't trade PC games) or if it takes RLC.

tbh I could prolly do it myself if it comes to that. It's been awhile since I played around in Photoshop, but I'm good at sketching, and if I have a sketch to follow on Photoshop, I can make pretty things. I'd just rather spend that time working out the actual content of my blog, lol.

And, on a more serious note, several people have mentioned that they wish they were talented enough to have their work 'featured' on a blog like mine. Apparently that in itself looks good for them? But hey, if contributing to my blog is a +1 in their books and less work for me, I ain't gonna argue. =p
