Trading [Selling][Buying] Non-ordables, some DLC reordables

I have been saving up bells to get the 100mil mark before fully upgrading my villagers houses and PWP, was a bit after the half way there, but all of the sudden got all crazy and went into a shopping spree, so Im below the half way now.

Thats why I ended up with extra unordable item that I want to sell and/or trade for my wishlist (on signature). Only some stuff have prices, please make an offer on the ones that doesnt have a price, wishlist items have priority.

Trade would be made in my town and from 6 pm to around 9 pm CDT time zone from monday to friday (Im at work all the other hours, but I can make deals), and time varies on weekends but it would be easier to trade.
