I figured I would create a list of official roleplay rules, as there are a few people who try and participate, but don't know how.
Rule #1:
You must have good grammar. Lots of roleplayers are very picky about grammar. However, if English is not your first language, we tend to let it slide as roleplaying is a great way to improve. As long as your sentences are readable, (not like 'The cow man went to store the for milk.') we should allow you to roleplay.
Rule #2:
No Godmodding. Godmodding is when your character creates something that isn't there, like creating a TV commercial for a secret society you want your character to join. If it's not in the OP(original post), don't do it.
Rule #3:
Stay positive. Roleplaying is a way to have fun, not a way to get mad at other roleplayers. This happens a lot, and it stops the game from being fun.
Rule #4:
Shipping normally happens in roleplays. If you don't like it, don't participate. Hosts: if you don't want shipping in your RP, please include it in the OP, otherwise it'll happen.
Rule #5:
Please please please, do not post in a roleplay you do not belong in, unless you are making a comment. If you are making a comment, then make sure to put it in parentheses.
Rule #6:
To decrease the amount of chatter, I suggest having a chatzy so anyone and everyone can talk about the roleplay.
Rule #7:
Any questions, concerns, uncertainties, or any reason to have to intentionally break the rules for some reason should go to the OP of the roleplay.
Rule #8:
This is the proper format for posting in a roleplay.
