I got my golden axe on the third day of owning a fountain. I believe the main reason why I got it so early is because my house has some lucky items and is based on Feng Shui. I've also been quite kind to my neighbors so that might have increased my luck. The next three pictures show me obtaining the golden axe (I don't have a silver one btw) and my Feng Shui room with lucky items.
