What you could do is remove ordering through e-mail, and just make it so people PM you. Then keep your orders organized.

Do not ask for people's emails. If you don't want to have them post their order, they can PM you offsite, but asking people to join somewhere offsite is not allowed and asking for people's emails is inappropriate.

Edit: And I repeat again to those who had made posts, if you have an issue REPORT. DO NOT POST. That just causes more of these threads to be made, feelings to be hurt, and fixes nothing.
