Hello everyone! Today I'm going to teach you how to shoot down the UFO and what you do afterwards. Now, let me start off by saying I will be teaching you how to do it in City Folk only as it is the only Animal Crossing game that I've successfully done this in. (I am aware that you can also do it in Wild World, I'm just not sure if it works differently or not.)
The best thing to use for this is the Golden Slingshot. (If you don't know how to get that I made a blog post about that as well. Shouldn't be hard to find.) Now I read somewhere that the UFO can be seen around 6 P.M. If you see it, try your best to shoot it down as it will move somewhat quickly. (This is why I recommended the Golden Slingshot as it shoots 3 pellets at once.)
If you are successful in shooting down the UFO, the next thing you need to do is find an object that looks like a gear. The actual name of it is 'Spaceship Part.' (Other Animal Crossing players, correct me if I'm wrong.) This can be found laying on the ground after you shoot the UFO.
Once you find it, wait until the next day and then go to your town's beach. Somewhere along the beach you will find the crashed UFO and an unconscious seagull named Gulliver. In order to wake him up, you just talk to him and eventually, he'll wake up. (This could take a while.) After you wake him up, give him the Spaceship Part and he'll give you a rare furniture piece that you can't get from stores! Not even Crazy Redd has them!
