shop collectibles timestamp question

is the timestamp on our collectibles from when the items were selected to your cart, or from when you confirmed the purchase on the checkout screen???

just put a lily in the cart and let it sit for a few mins before purchasing, and it's when checked out

figured that was the case, since having the timestamp be when added to cart seems rather silly. but hey, wanted to be thorough
