Neither could I. Only the first movie was good. The rest sucked.

And I’m getting tired of the film industry rebooting old movie series.

dreamworks was actually bought out by disney, fun fact.

Also it's a cash grab. the first shrek was an anti love letter after one of the heads of disney left back in the 90s. that's why we got two cg movies about ants, and why every part of the original shrek was the opposite of what disney would do.

in any case, I enjoy the first two, I'm not interested in a reboot

What about the DreamWorks that is putting out Netflix's Voltron and the She-ra thing I don't want to get into?

I personally don't see why, but if they pull it off, so be it. I saw the first few movies and loved them. But if it feels like it's just spreading too thin for the sake of the attention and money alone, I may change my mind?

Well, too bad that this is just fan made, as a actual Shrek 5 would have been better then some
trashy reboot from those guys that made those annoying talking walking yellow Tic Tacs.

In general, I don't understand why everything needs a damn reboot these days. Can't they just
leave movies and TV shows from the past alone?

Honestly the first and second aren't bad at all. It's all the spin off crap with puss in boots and stuff that is hard to handle. I didn't realize how poor the animation of Shrek was until I rewatched it recently. I would honestly not mind a re-release with updated graphics but I don't care for a "reboot".
