I'd like to quote from a newbie signature tip thread I made about 4 months ago. "Never EVER use brushes for a background. I suggest smudging or using a background stock, but NEVER brush" (can't find the thread so it's not 100% accurate, but I had a tip in there about never using brushes). I think you were gone that time Palad[n, but next time don't try to brush the background.

Try using C4D's. Google them. And I know I'm not Niko.

Making my BG was pretty complicated, I did a mix of soft smudging and I smudged C4D (Cinema 4D) which I set to Linear Dodge on photoshop. If you're like "what are C4Ds?" Well they're 3D Images you use to help your signature's elements.

Take this for example:

Notice those crystal like images I put in that signature? Those are C4Ds. To use C4Ds you need to set them on Overlay or Screen Layers at any opacity you please.

As where to find these C4Ds I suggest HERE. Make sure you register first though!!

The signature for NephewJack I made? Thanks I guess, but I'm not a big fan of it myself. I'm in love with the signature I have now though.

Oh i just noticed that your sig used to have a border top and bottom, but you got rid of the bottom.
Yeah, I'm really impressed with the background of that sig. Well, I guess ill try to make a sig now without using brushes
