Your's looks fine! you could actually make it a bit bigger if you wanted to. the size is supposed to be 250 x 715 but i can't tell with mine because i have 2 different images + text.

Thank you, Yugi Moto! I'll try to enlarge the text a tad or something. It is just now so small that it looks too indistinct. I'm glad to know that I'm not committing an accidental infraction with it anymore tho.

Had my signature removed earlier apparently, and I had some pretty complicated code and an irreplacable picture in it.
I think a PM would be better than the current "Remove and replace" policy.
EDIT: Managed to salvage my signature. Is the current one okay?
Also, how would I center the spoiler text in the spoiler bar?

We used to do the PM thing but we found it was far too much work for us. Many people didn't fix their signatures and we had to use too many resources checking up on everybody we PMed.
When your signature is removed, it is never deleted. We keep everything you had previously inside of a spoiler and all you have to do is remove the spoiler tags and make the signature smaller.
Your current signature is fine as it is within the spoiler tag. The only reason for the signature height rules is so that pages don't get too ridiculously long. We want threads to show posts and useful content, not have 75% of the page being signatures which for the most part people aren't interested in reading.
@Spookycutie: It's fine if you have more than one image in your signature, it's also fine to accompany all that with text. The best thing for you do once you have made your signature is measure it. Take a screenshot on your computer and then crop out your signature and see if the height fits inside a 250px high box. This is something you can do in Paint. Alternatively, if you have Chrome you can download an extension called "PageRuler". This will allow you to measure a box around your signature and it'll tell you the pixel dimensions right within the webpage. It's a very useful tool to have.
