I'm going to sound like a broken record and suggest that you download GIMP. It may be a bit hard to get used to, but it's as effective as Photoshop when used with the right plug-ins and brushes. Experiment, experiment, experiment.

You can't really tell what the focal point was. When you have that many characters and items in one signature, it's hard to find the focal point.

It's too busy... Too much going on. Don't know what that is in the top left corner... The cutoff Luigi is unneeded.
