You can either use the airbrush tool on the lowest opacity or use the blend tool (its the white pencil next to th eraser)

I just made this!
It's my first drawing on Manga Studio 5.
I used my Wacom Intuos to draw it. Thing is I have no idea how to color this lol, so I just made a sketch ^-^
