I sleptwalked when I was like 5 or 6 lol. I used to sleep on a kiddie bed beside my parents' bed (there was a somewhat large gap between the beds though so it would be impossible to roll over to their bed; I'd have to stand up), and sometimes I'd wake up on my parents' bed. It's probably because I wasn't fully adjusted to sleeping on my own yet haha.
I actually used to sleepwalk when I was younger, apparently. An odd one I remember was when I happened to wake up underneath my bed because I had walked up and came back, rolled underneath my bed, and slept there for the entire night. I hit my head against the bottom of the bed and freaked out about how I ended down there. My mother was explaining to me what she saw me doing because she heard noises from my room.
My mother was also the witness to my second sleepwalking session. She saw me get up from my bed and walk to the kitchen. I stopped in front of the fridge, opened it, turned over to my mother and told her:
"I need to go to my appointment now."
and closed myself in there.
She later told me about it after laughing really hard because I did not recall ever doing that. I don't think I do it anymore... I hope...
No. That's kinda scary. I was watching a scary documentary on Halloween last year I think and some girl died from sleepwalking. She jumped out of a building.
The closest thing to sleepwalking I have ever done was fall out of my bed on the top bunk of a bunk bed, apparently landed unharmed and then sat up and stayed asleep the whole time, you'd think that by hitting the ground I would have been woken up... but yeah I woke up sitting on the floor.
And how I know I didn't crawl down the ladder sleep walking is because my sister heard me fall but was too scared to check was made the thud in our room.
i used to sleepwalk all the time when i was little. lol my earliest memory of sleepwalking was i was falling asleep on my bed next thing i know im laying down next to the stairs about to fall lmao but i dont do that anymore thankfully. i used to get hella bruises from it too

but i still sleepTALK which is scarier i think bc i have no idea what im saying at all and i could slip up and say something i shouldnt lol
I did a few times when my insomnia was at it's worst (when I was getting less than an hour of sleep a night). Thankfully all I ever did was go to the kitchen to get a drink or walk to the bathroom.
I had a friend that was on ADHD medicine (that made her unable to sleep) and sleeping pills (to counteract the fact that she couldn't sleep), and she was the worst sleepwalker I'd ever met. She ended up walking 2 miles from her home in the middle of the night, her parents called the police, thinking she was kidnapped or dead, and was finally picked up by a police officer who thought she was mentally ill. She woke up, but was unable to remember who she was or where she was at, she spent several hours in the psych ward of the nearest hospital, and couldn't remember who she was until she happened to see her birthdate written somewhere. She had blisters on her feet so bad, that she could barely walk.
I've never sleepwalked but I have sleep texted before.
My cousin, however, sleep walks. She doesn't do anything major besides unlocking the backdoor and sleeping in the garden, so it's not too much of a big deal.
I'm pretty sure I've jumped in my sleep before? Like literally jumping up and down on the bed with my feet... when I was like 6 or 7. It was a pretty weird experience. I had a dream I was flying through the sky, passing by floating street signs when suddenly I woke up in the middle of a jump and fell face first on my pillow and proceeded to contemplate what just happened before going back to sleep; though it's possible that my younger self just imagined the whole thing or dreamed within a dream but it just felt way too real. Aside from that, I have thrown pillows and stuffed animals across the room in my sleep before but never actually sleepwalked.
There was one time I actually
Slept-ate
Becaused when I woke up my hand was in a bowl of chips and had a empty c but it was milk becaused of my lips.....
I guess I was dreaming about food
I don't think so, but sometimes I do things like wave my arms and talk while sleeping. I only know because my sister told me when I slept, I smacked her once while saying "what?!" when we had to share a bed.
