Is anyone else experiencing slow page loading for the last several days? I cleared my browser but that did not seem to help. :(

Next day, the 24th. Today the loading is not only slow, but during a trade just now, the OP replied to me at 9:11 am and it isn't even showing up for me on his selling thread. I had to go to his (KnoxUK) profile and see it, then VM him to finish our trade.

Yeah I thought it was my internet but then I realized it was pretty much only this site being slow and slowing down the rest in some weird way (yes I clean cache regular and when I don't it's tiny so)

It's getting worse...

There is a message missing out of my sent PM messages. Pages are not loading completely today and still very slowly. C'mon, I'm reporting this as soon as I notice it this time instead of waiting days as the problem gets steadily worse. Please do something before others pay attention and start reporting, too.

Actually, others have been reporting issues already, also, over the last couple of days...

I am. It’s weird I don’t like it

ah, the never-ending battle of TBT glitches and slow-loading issues...

sometimes pages load slowly or posts post slowly (causing double-posts, argh!), but most of the time it’s due to my own wifi. other than that, the forums work fine for me.

Appears to be resolved now as far as we can tell.

Slow, slower, slowest...

And I can't even explain what just happened when I was logging in...

Well if you can't explain what happened how can we attempt to fix it?

I don't think TBT is really slow at loading pages per se. To be precise, it actually takes a longer while for the browser to initiate the page load than usual. Once it does, everything quickly appears like it should.

Belltreeforums probably need to improve the server specs to cope with bandwidth.
Perhaps they should consider using load balancers and a cdn to optimise delivery of images and JavaScript.

I'd say yes but the slow loading really doesn't really make up for it when like everything else works fine (unless it's some image heavy other site you are trying to load or such).

My Wi-Fi is perfectly fine, all other websites seem to be running great besides the Bell Tree

I can explain this, Jake. When I clicked on Reply with Quote on your post, it just spinned and spinned for a couple of minutes until I got tired of waiting for it to load. Which, obviously, it never did. I stopped it.

Can you fix the slow-loading and glitching pages? I first reported on April 23. Are there not enough people reporting glitches and slowness besides me? I couldn't explain what happened when I tried to log on that day because it was complicated.

Sometimes TBT works beautifully, and I'm thankful. Other times, like now, it's annoying.

We who are posting here are not the only ones having issues, believe me. I would like to see everyone with an issue post here as soon as they start having problems. Or just chime in now. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, which means the most noticeable (or loudest) problems are the ones most likely to get attention.
