Snooty animals give me medicine for bee stings?

I thought it was only Uchi villagers who did that, but Robin just came and gave me medicine for my bee sting. I'm obviously not complaining, but has this happened to anyone?

Apparently any villager can give you medicine if they like you enough, it's just very rare for them to do so if they aren't an uchi! I haven't had it happen personally, but I generally turn my game off if I get stung.
