I don't believe it does. You can also just make it up.

Edit: You are right, it does. Just make it up. Just change the last number to another number except for the zip code.

This is kinda like when my team had to forfeit intermural basketball because my best friend and two other guys didn't show.

It really ticks me off when people do this. Well, maybe next time PM.
