That picture of Aurora was taken while she was receiving medicine. I can see the little gloomy cloud floatin close by, and villagers use the same animation when taking meds as they do when changing clothes.

Haha, I took that Aurora pic. I always try to get pictures of them in mid-air when I give them medicine, although it is hard to time it just right on New Leaf since there's a slight delay. (It was a bit easier in ACCF). I think my best medicine picture was this one with Rolf, where it looks like he's pouncing to attack me.
