Rasher is moving out and I was wondering what would be a good cranky villager. I hope to get a wolf or cat (or Static).
So… I’m villager hunting soon.

I just got static in my New Leaf town and I absolutely love him, he's been one of my favorites since I started playing AC like 13 years ago lol
as for wolf/cat villagers I would recommend Chief, Lobo, and Kabuki (I have a grudge against Tom lol)
edit: omg how could I forget Dobie? he's really great too!

For me, best Cranky wolf is grandpa Dobie.
As for cat, there's only two choices: Tom or Kabuki.
I also have Static and he's awesome.
Although I think you'd have more chances of encountering squirrels and wolves than a cat on mystery islands. Cats are rare.

I have him on my island as well, he's so cute lolI cant believe I forgot about Chief even though is is on my second island

Static is always a good choice for a cranky villager and as for cranky wolves,I like Dobie.
Fang or Dobie if you are looking for a wolf villager - I love Dobie because he's a grandpa and Fang has arguably one of the most beautiful house exteriors in acnh. For cranky cat, Kabuki is a great choice and I loved him so much when I had him in new leaf.

The best Wolfs in my opinion are Fang, Whitney, Skye, and Audie
As for the cats those ones are going to be way harder to find but the ones I like are Rosie, Raymond, Tom, Kitty, Olivia, and Ankha.
