I just watch a bunch of tutorials and try to learn from them I guess haha (Not the best explanation I know XD). I've been focusing on realism for a while now and that's also why my non-realistic one's kind of lacking lol.

They’re both really good but I think I’m so amazed by your realism because I can see the comparison between the two! You replicate the reference so well and your use of colours/textures is spot on! I wish I had some pets so I could get you to commission them haha

Aww tysm for the interest though. I plan on doing a semi-realistic style so I would not take the ref too seriously. I plan on commisioning you once I save up more tbt haha.

Haven't been able to draw much today due to a cold but I finished lining up this piece from My Neighbor Totoro which I suppose is called a ghibli redraw? First time doing this but I'm excited to color it in.
