some clarification about getting bedhead...?

to make this short, i've been trying to get bedhead on my main acnh character. the last time i loaded up my save was on the 11th of april and i'm thinking i'll be able to load it up on the 13th this month to get bedhead, but i'm still not sure so if anyone who might know more about bedhead could clarify?

all the sources i've found have just said 'one month' but that's kinda vague. is it 30 days? 31 days? if i'm counting it on a calender do i have to add 2 days to it adds up to 31 days of inactivity? i really want to get this right, if i have to do this all over again becayse i messed up the date i'm going to piss myself.

Just go forward 2 months

Villages will act the same to you as if you did 1 month so play safe

it's not my island, so i'm not sure if tting is an option. believe me, i'd do it in a heartbeat if it were just me but i'm not sure if i'd be allowed to so i'd rather try just waiting first.

(though if waiting doesn't work i might try to convince the others to let me tt forward...)

The only way you'll be able to get bedhead is if you tt for a year, or if you dont play the game for a month and a bit.

I think a month should definitely do it. Maybe wait a few extra days just to be safe

The 13th should be ok because that would be 31 days of not playing but if you want to be really safe just wait until the 14th to play again. What’s one more day compared to having to restart the whole thing all over again.

welp. guess who didn't get bedhead, despite waiting an entire month for it.

honestly. screw everything about this. screw this game. screw nintendo. screw whoever thought it was a good idea to change the waiting time for the only good hairstyle in this stupid game to a month for some godforsaken reason, i hope they were fired immediately afterwards, i waiting an entire month for absolutely nothing. i checked the mirror and everything and it just. isn't. there.

i'm gonna have to try and convince the others to let me tt but god i hate this so much.

Try a year. Then just revert back to your regular time after.

You know you get it when your character exits their house sleepy, and yawning with terrible bedhead. Because they have been asleep for so long, and they haven't been able to brush, or take care of it. It doesn't appear in the mirror until after that scene
