Looking For Someone to Make a Dress I Couldn't Scan?

I couldn't port over a dress via Nooklink from NL bc of the QR Code quality, and I'm kinda new to this thread, so is there any way someone can make this dress?
I'm kinda new to this so if not that's ok, I just suck at designing

do you have the rest of the QRs?? i can recreate it for you!!!
do you have a preferred dress shape?? i think short-sleeve dress or balloon-hem dress would work best, but i can make it on any of them :Oc

Hmm...well I tried scanning in the QR code andn was able to do so without a problem.
