Heh, reading your posts in this thread UB, you sound like you don't like all (most) of the new stuff. Well it's a new game and there's new stuff... you're just going to have to deal with it.

At first I thought Sonic was going to ruin the game, maybe he will for all we know. But, from what I've seen I am not all that disappointed as I thought I would be. The theme song and the voice of his character are just horrible. Some of the new characters are just wonderful and I think they will be awesome like Ike and Wario. Overall I think the game is worthwhile to get. Even though I still don't have a Wii, I am definitely going to get one soon.(I hope!)
Well that voice is the Sonic voice... so that's what you gotta go with. I mean you can't give Mario a German accent because he has an Italian one. You can't give Sonic a different voice... it wouldn't work.

Dear God. When Nintendo FINALLY has a hardcore gamer conference, with Brawl, Galaxy, Fire Emblem DS, Battalion Wars II, and only Wii Fit for 15 minutes... you guys still complain.
How the heck will one character ruin Brawl? Quite honestly... Don't use him. Who cares if others use him? Sakurai will make the game balanced. Do you honestly mistrust him so much as to think he'll make the game WILDLY unbalanced with Sonic's speed?
Sonic probably isn't powerful at all, but is really fast. The usual Smash Bros. trade-off.

to be honest and straight forward, all of you except for Bul are being idiotic and picky. Better to have a bad feature* than no feature at all. If you don't like a feature or character, turn it off in the menu, or just don't use the character, if all you're going to do while playing is thinking about how there are features you don't like that you turned off but still bug you because of their existence, then you my friend, are ignorant.
