I'm getting HHP today and I have some questions I was hoping someone could answer.
1: Can I come back and redecorate both villager houses AND facilities?
2: Can I rename the facilities I saw other people got to name Ex: Cafe, Store etc...?
3: What Happens if I design a house for a villager on the archipelago and then I want to invite that villager to live with me back on the mainland, will I not be able to get the villager anymore or will they just move away and the house on the archipelago disappear?
4: If I give one of my villagers those chocolates so they can come to the archipelago for me to design their house and if I later kick out that villager will their house disappear so I can get more space to design more houses?
5: What's the max amount of houses I can design before the archipelago is stuffed to the max and there isn't anymore room?
6: Last question, could someone tell me anything else permanent(if any) that I should make decisions wisely on?

Nope, you can have them on either or both locations.

You can build as many houses as there are villagers, you can build multiple houses on the same plot.

I'm getting it for New Year's. I have amiibo cards for the villagers that I want on my island but have not started putting them in yet. If I happen to get one of those villagers in HHP can I still get them to move to my island?

yes! you can have them on either or both areas.

I have another question, It says I can either design a cafe or a restaurant, can I do both?

yes! just choose the one you'd like to design first. when you're ready to design the other just talk to lottie about facilities. <3
