Shape: Rectangle, and if possible, could the border be little spikes? If not, then a rectangle with slightly rounded corners would be lovely!

It might be too hard to do all of this from a phone XD For the first chibi editor, once you finish your chibi, if you're using a computer, you can move your cursor over the section "How to Use" and it will open up some information, including a link to the image of the chibi. Or you could screenshot the chibi and upload it to an image hosting site and give the link to sparklestar. I think using a phone might be pretty hard for this.
To get the background link, you will need to - on a computer - right click and select copy image link (I think, that's what I did and I'm not sure if I did it right).

Jam Colour, everything nearclouding said is accurate and yes I think you will need to hop on a computer to send me the mayor image and background image to get your background image just pick one from an image search or THIS website and then like nearclouding said you can right click it and copy the image URL, then past it into your form let me know if you need any more help! and thanks again nearclouding, your form looks all good and i'll be started on it asap ^^

Jam Colour: no no you're not stupid at all haha phones can do almost anything, just a bit tricky for this to get your mayor chibi the best way is to just take a screen shot of it, you can do that by pushing print screen on your keyboard, opening MS paint and pasting it there, saving it, and then uploading it on a website like tinypic.com so you can send me the link to it ^^
