Special request problems?

I went on to HHN and then onto Challenge, and there was a house for that challenge. Under that it said 6 Days left. I went onto the special request thingy and it said I have done all the challenges. What is going on?

Did you click on the button "Participate" below the "Days left: 5"?
You don't go upstairs to the 3ds on the desk. You participate on the red computer that is on Lottie's desk downstairs.
